At Raging Palette, we have a simple and efficient way of responding to our customers’ requests.
Getting in touch
It all starts with getting in touch. You can contact us via our contact form or by email.
We then establish what needs to be done beforehand.
This may include purchasing the game boxes from a local store, delivering the customer’s parts to our premises, printing STL files, etc.
Together, we discuss quantities, color schemes and the style of figure bases.
All this information is recorded in a project file for better organization.
Quotation
After our discussions, we draw up an estimate for the project. Once the estimate has been accepted and a deposit paid, we start work.
Work process
Preparation
Our work process begins with part preparation. We deburr cluster parts (or clean 3d prints), mount the figures, plug holes, make repairs if necessary, and apply a coat of polyurethane primer and zenithal paint to the figures.
Paint
Then, according to the paint formula defined and the color schemes supplied or drawn up together, we paint your figurines. We use professional painting techniques to bring your figurines to life.
Mounting
Finally, depending on your requirements and the formula chosen, we base the figurines. We use high-quality materials to create personalized bases that show off your figurines to their best advantage.
Delivery
Once the order has been painted, it is packaged in containers suited to the delivery requirements of the project.
The delivery service is agreed with the customer.
Once the package has been handed over to the delivery service, we provide the customer with a tracking number so that they can follow their order online (where possible).
Delivery charges are at the customer’s expense.
Payment
When we provide proof of shipment, we expect the customer to pay the balance of the invoice and provide us with proof of payment.
We’re confident that our straightforward operation and expertise in miniature painting will meet all your expectations. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or to discuss your miniature painting project.
